10 Minute Clean & Press Workout

You Queens LOVED last months 10 minute workout, so I thought…..lets’ do it again!
What you will need:
- Set of weights
Warm-Up:
- Included in workout
Workout:
- We’re going to swap back and forth between these 2 exercises back and forth for 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off, for a total of 5 sets.
Exercises:
- Clean & Press – With the weights in your hands, you’re going to pivot into a lunge, come back to center, complete a bicep curl and shoulder press, then pivot in the opposite direction and continue on!
- Push-ups – On or off your knees, complete your push-ups with your hands wide, your fingers spread, and your body dropping between your chest.
Cool down/Stretching:
- Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.

Love the fast intense ones….my arms are jello! And I’m dripping in sweat. Had to do some of my pushups against the wall when it got to much!

Whoa! 10 mins but sweaty! I really like the idea of a 10 min one somewhere in the week. For those days that just seem tooooo busy!

Didn’t have the motivation to do anything, feeling beyond exhausted but 10 mins….I just kept saying it’s only 10 mins

I won’t lie I didn’t feel like working out today. I did Kaylie’s 20 minute booty workout and by the end I was craving more, so I came and did this gem again. Feel so much better for it. :)

10 min workouts are the best, would love to see more quickies. Sometimes I see a bunch of 20min workouts and am like… nope! Or of i find time and am motivated enough I only do half ?♀️

Loved the quick and efficiency of this one, I ended up switching out some of the pushup rounds for plank but still felt the burn ! 2/3 complete :)
Had a really lazy day yesterday so really felt like moving – added on the 10 minute weighted burpee workout, and I’m definitely feeling it.
