10 Minute Clean & Press Workout

You Queens LOVED last months 10 minute workout, so I thought…..lets’ do it again!

What you will need:

  • Set of weights

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout

Workout:

  • We’re going to swap back and forth between these 2 exercises back and forth for 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off, for a total of 5 sets.

Exercises:

  • Clean & Press – With the weights in your hands, you’re going to pivot into a lunge, come back to center, complete a bicep curl and shoulder press, then pivot in the opposite direction and continue on!
  • Push-ups – On or off your knees, complete your push-ups with your hands wide, your fingers spread, and your body dropping between your chest.

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
