15 Minute Cardio & Core Deck of Cards Workout

In only 15 minutes we are going to pump up your heart rate, get you sweaty and make you feel like a total badass

 

 

What you will need:

  • Slam ball or Dumbbell

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout.

Workout:

  • Deck of Cards. Each suit has an exercise associated with it. For example Hearts = Ball Slams. if you pull a 7 of Hearts, then you will perform 7 Ball Slams. All cards are equal to their face value. 2=2 reps, 3=3 reps….. Jack=11, Queen =12, King =13 Ace =14

Exercises:

  • Hearts = Balls Slams or Squat Swings
  • Diamonds = Squat Jumps
    • Modification = No jump
  • Clubs = Plank Jacks
    • Modification = Jumping Jacks
  • Spades = Bicycle Crunch

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
