15 Minute Given It Workout

Grab a pen and paper and track this shit!! I want to know what your score is!!! See how many sets you can do of the exercises below in 15 minutes. I did 5 sets and worked a little into my 6th set….please beat me! Go hard it’s only 15 minutes!!
What you will need:
- Jump rope & safe elevated platform like a box, step, etc.
Warm-Up:
- Included in your workout
Workout: Complete each of the exercises below for the amount of reps listed as many times as you can in 15 minutes!
- 200 jump rope – Self explanatory
Modification: Simulated jump rope or side to side jacks - 10 box jumps – Using your abs and legs, safely jump onto an elevated platform and land nice and low adding some ‘suspension’ into your knees by sinking into it. You can jump off this as well OR you can just walk it down if you’re uncomfortable.
Modification: If you don’t have anything safe to jump on, you could do forward and backward jumps instead OR you could grab some heavy weights and do regular weighted squats.
- 20 jump lunges – Bending both legs nice and deep and sinking into your landing jump, keep your torso long and abs in tight by aligning your shoulders overtop of your hips ;)
Modification: Grab your weights and do 20 alternating lunges instead of jumping! - 10 push ups – On or off the knees doesn’t matter, just make sure those hands are wide your chest is falling between the hands and you’re going as low as you can!
Cool Down/Stretching
- Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.

Holy crap! The sweat! That was super fun. I did 5.5 rounds in 16.5 minutes. I got so into it I lost track of time haha. Only modifcation i made was taking the jump out of the lunges to focus on form and balance. :)

I finished 6 full sets, but within 16 minutes. I’m sure my jump lunges were more like skaters but I was sweaty for 16 minutes and that is all that matters!

?First of the month. It is a Monday. Triple header RF day too! WIN! WIN! WIN!? I’m dropping sweat, but feeling on fire! ? It never fails when I carry a workout (or two) there is also a bonus assigned! So I got all the short ones out of the way tonight and have 3 longer ones left this week (30, 30, 45 mins). So I’ll meet you again after soccer tomorrow! ⚽️ PS I got 5 rounds plus 200 jump rope and my jump lunges still look totally uncoordinated but they are way better than where I was at 3 years ago?️♀️ PPS I love Royally Fit ❤

6 rounds! Woot! I totally didn’t feel like working out today, but I have had a lingering headache all morning that just won’t dissipate, so I figured what better way to relieve it then a good sweat sash and endorphin high. It worked. :) Thanks Ash!

Surprised myself by getting to 5 (and 40 jump ropes) – no box jumps, just forward and backwards, and pushups on my knees.
THAT. IS. INCREDIBLE!
5 weeks later:
5, plus Jacks and 8 jumps
(Same as above, no box jumps, just backwards and forwards, and pushups on my knees).
Lunges were the hardest for me this time around. The first time it was definitely the pushups that slowed me down.

I’ve been feeling really down about the fact that I haven’t been making enough time for myself to workout, and I’ve been feeling overall pretty sluggish.
But, this just reminded me to be a bit kinder to myself. Made it through 5 rounds, plus squats and lunges. So close to 6 rounds. And looking above, this was my best effort trying this workout. The improvements are small, but they’re still there. Thank you.
YESSSS…..progress is progress and focusing on yourself whether it’s for 5 minutes or 50 still counts. Proud of you Catherine!
