15 Minute Given It Workout

Grab a pen and paper and track this shit!!  I want to know what your score is!!!  See how many sets you can do of the exercises below in 15 minutes.  I did 5 sets and worked a little into my 6th set….please beat me! Go hard it’s only 15 minutes!!

What you will need:

  • Jump rope & safe elevated platform like a box, step, etc.

Warm-Up:

  • Included in your workout

Workout: Complete each of the exercises below for the amount of reps listed as many times as you can in 15 minutes!

  • 200 jump rope – Self explanatory
    Modification: Simulated jump rope or side to side jacks
  • 10 box jumps – Using your abs and legs, safely jump onto an elevated platform and land nice and low adding some ‘suspension’ into your knees by sinking into it.  You can jump off this as well OR you can just walk it down if you’re uncomfortable.

Modification:  If you don’t have anything safe to jump on, you could do forward and backward jumps instead OR you could grab some heavy weights and do regular weighted squats.

  • 20 jump lunges – Bending both legs nice and deep and sinking into your landing jump, keep your torso long and abs in tight by aligning your shoulders overtop of your hips ;)
    Modification:  Grab your weights and do 20 alternating lunges instead of jumping!
  • 10 push ups – On or off the knees doesn’t matter, just make sure those hands are wide your chest is falling between the hands and you’re going as low as you can!

Cool Down/Stretching

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
