15 Minute Upper Body AMRAP

I loved last weeks AMRAP so much, I decided to do another one! This time focusing on the upper body. Grab your dumbbells, lets go!

What you will need:

  • Set of dumbbells

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout.

Workout:

  • I am going to set the timer for 15 minutes. We have 3 moves we will be working through today. It’s going to be AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) so you will continue to work through these 3 moves until the 15 minutes is up.

Exercises:

  • 20 Bicep Curls
  • 10 Shoulder Press
  • 10 Tricep Kickback Right Arm
  • 10 Tricep Kickback Left Arm

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
