16 Minute I Don’t Feel Like it Workout
This is my version of an “I don’t feel like it workout”, and it worked….it got me feeling great and like I could take on the day! I hope it does the same for you!
NOTE: If you ARE feeling it, grab a set of weights and make this a little more intense!
NOTE 2: There was no specific amount of reps or exercises here, thus, there is no write-up!
Cool down:
- Complete 5-10 minutes of stretching

Good quick one which i needed today..loved the squats..the pushups were challenging with my tendonitis in shoulders so i modified and did them up against a wall and still lifted my leg up….overall good way to get started after all the turkey yesterday!

Did not feel like working out at all today- so I thought I would try out that properly named workout and man oh man happy I did! Killed me, I was shaking during those last push-ups!!

Needed a choose my own adventure workout today. Used my 10 pounds for my squats and did part pushups but then switched to chest press and headbangers as my wrist was dead. Too much typing!
