Super quick workout to get that heart pumping and the booty and quads screaming

What you will need:

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout.

Workout:

  • For today’s work out, we are completing a drop set Curtsy Lunge Challenge. We are starting with 10 forward curtsy lunges on the right followed by 10 on the left. After that we will perform 10 backward curtsy lunges to the right and to the left. Follow by 10 burpees. We will take a quick 20 second break and then continue with 8 reps / side, followed by 6, 4 and finishing with 2, while continuing to perform 10 burpees between each set.
  • Modification – If it bothers your knees performing a curtsy lunge, you can modify by perform forward and backward lunges instead
  • Form – Be sure to check out the video to ensure you are using the proper form for this super effective and challenging move.
  • Enjoy the BURN

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
