Super quick workout to get that heart pumping and the quads screaming in under 20 minutes

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout.

Workout:

Today we are doing a drop set workout. We have 2 main moves SQUATS & JUMPING JACKS. Perform 50 reps of each, followed by 5 walk out to planks.

After you complete your first set, continue the next set with 40 squats and jacks followed by 5 walk outs until you reach 10.

Exercises:

  • 50 – Squats 50 – Jumping Jacks – 5 Walk Outs
  • 40 – Squats 40 – Jumping Jacks – 5 Walk Outs
  • 30 – Squats 30 – Jumping Jacks – 5 Walk Outs
  • 20 – Squats 20 – Jumping Jacks – 5 Walk Outs
  • 10 – Squats 10 – Jumping Jacks – 5 Walk Outs

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching
