20 Minute AMRAP Challenge

You ladies have been asking for a hardcore HIIT sweat session, so get ready, you are gonna be gassed after this awesome challenge.

What you will need:

  • A bench chair, or coffee table

Warm-Up:

  • Super light dynamic stretching

Workout:

  • For today’s workout you have 10 moves, where you will repeat 10 reps of each. Once you finish all 10 moves (100 reps) you start back at the top. The goal is to see how many reps you can get done in 20 minutes. Be sure to keep track of how many reps you got in, because we will be repeating this in 4 weeks to see if we can beat our previous number!

Exercises:

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squats (squat jumps)
  • Skaters
  • Sumo Squats
  • Push Ups – Modification – Chest Press
  • Mountain Climber – Modification – High Knees
  • Plank Shoulder Taps
  • Bicycle Crunch
  • Bridge

Please remember form trumps reps, ALWAYS!

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
