20 Minute Gentle Move Your Body Workout
No need to change out of your PJ’s for this one ladies. Todays workout is simple and gentle. If you are anything like me, I am not big on working out during the holidays. However, I still want to get in some movement and stretching, otherwise my body starts to feel tight, tired and achy. Moving the body also helps stimulate digestion, reduce bloating and stimulate bowel movements. Also, this workout is awesome to do with the whole fam! Hope you are feeling awesome after these 20 minutes

It’s Ukrainian Christmas Eve, and we just had a(nother) giant meal tonight. Knew I wanted to move just a bit, and this was perfect.
