20 Minute Mini AMRAP Challenge

Hello Queens. For today’s workout, we have 3 mini 5 minute AMRAP circuits. It will be a strength focused with some cardio thrown in the mix. Get ready to get sweaty with me babes!

 

What you will need:

  • Mini Band, set up dumbbells, slam ball

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout.

Workout:

  • 3 circuits, 5-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

Circuit 1:

  • 5 Squats
  • 5 Bicep Curl
  • 5 Shoulder Press

Circuit 2

  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 3 Plank Walk Outs

Circuit 3

  • 10 Mini Band Side Steps
  • 5 Ball Slams
  • 10 Alternating Kickbacks

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
