20 Minute Mini AMRAP Challenge

Hello Queens. For today’s workout, we have 3 mini 5 minute AMRAP circuits. It will be a strength focused with some cardio thrown in the mix. Get ready to get sweaty with me babes!
What you will need:
- Mini Band, set up dumbbells, slam ball
Warm-Up:
- Included in workout.
Workout:
- 3 circuits, 5-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
Circuit 1:
- 5 Squats
- 5 Bicep Curl
- 5 Shoulder Press
Circuit 2
- 5 Deadlifts
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 3 Plank Walk Outs
Circuit 3
- 10 Mini Band Side Steps
- 5 Ball Slams
- 10 Alternating Kickbacks
Cool down/Stretching:
- Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
