20 Minute Total Body Tabata

I love me a good Tabata workout, and I hope you do too! Happy Sweating Queens

 

What you will need:

  • Mini band, slam ball, light set of dumbbells (optimal)

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout

Workout:

  • We’re going to be doing each exercise for 20 seconds on, and 10 seconds off, for a total of 8 sets before we move onto the next exercise.

Circuit 1

  • Pop Squats – jump your feet out wide and come into a low squat, jump back up into a standing position,
  • Boxing – I don’t think you need me to explain this one ;)

Circuit 2

  • Ball Slams – You babes know the drill, grab that ball and SLAM it on the floor.
  • Mini Band Side Steps – booty booty booty time, place the band around your ankles and take a big step to the right and then a big step to the left,

Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
