24 Minute HIIT Drip Sweat Drop Set Workout

Nothing beats a classic drop set workout, we are starting at 10 and working out way down to 2!


 

What you will need:

  • Medicine ball or ugi ball, set of dumbbells, ideally a set of light and heavy

Warm-Up:

  • 3 minutes of dynamic stretching and light cardio

Workout:

We have 5 moves, the first 4 we will perform 10 reps, and after each round drop 1 rep until we get down to 2. The 5thand final move however, will always be performed with 10 reps

  • Backrow, Fly and Tri Kickback – We are combining 3 power moves to create one MEGA MOVE. Be sure to watch the video to ensure your form is on point!
  • Ball Slams – Grab your medicine ball or ugi ball and start slamming. This move is amazing for your endurance, shoulders, upper back, core and even your quads. I used a 10 IBS ball, but heavier for this is def doable
  • Shoulder Press– grab a set of weights and bring your arms up to shoulder height with your palms facing forward and hands in the sky. Simply extend your arms straight above your head and return to starting position. I used a set of 8’s for this move
  • Push ups– From your knees or toes, be sure your hands are wide and that your chest is coming between your hands, not your face between your hands
  • Plank Jacks – remember, you are always doing 10 plank jacks OR jumping jacks.

Cool Down/Stretching

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
