Channeling my inner Ashley and bringing you ladies a killer 100 rep drop set workout that will have your legs burning and the sweat flowing. Enjoy

‘What you will need:

  • Set of heavy dumbbells, mini band

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout.

Workout:

  • We have 10 moves. Your first move you will perform 100 reps, your second move you will perform 90 reps….until we reach out final move which will have 10 reps.

Exercises:

  • 100 – Squats
  • 90 – High Knees (45/leg)
  • 80 Mini Band Side Steps
  • 70 Standing Side Crunch (35/side) Grab heavy weights, hold one weight in each hand. Stand tall, shoulders back, belly button in. We are bringing the weight down on one side towards our knee performing a side crunch. Switch from side to side.
  • 60 Bridge
  • 50 Stationary Lunge – Perform 25 on one leg, and then switch.
  • 40 Mountain Climbers (20/leg)
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 10 Burpee

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
