25 Minute Hardcore Hiit Workout

Babes, get ready to sweaaaaaaat it out with this super fun, intense workout!

What you will need:

  • Set of dumbbells and a mat

Warm-Up:

  • 3-5 Minutes of plyometrics and dynamic stretching

Workout: This workout only has 4 moves!  2 rounds, each round only has 2 moves, 1 cardio and 1 strength.  You will perform each movement for 30 seconds, with a 30 second break in between your next exercise.

 Circuit 1

  • Burpees (or a gentler form of cardio – high knees, squat jumps, jogging in place. etc)
  • Push ups – for anyone with wrist issues, feel free to give me a chest press instead

Circuit 2

  • Running Man(my big toe was bothering me so I switched to high knees)
  • Renegade Rows – in a plank position, on your knees or toes. Shoulders in line with your wrists. Pull one dumbbell up at a time perform a back row. Return to starting position, and alternate sides.

Cool Down/Stretching

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
