Perfect workout to do between errands today. Didn’t get sweaty but felt it in the arms and shoulders for sure. The stretch at the end felt sooo good!!

Need to spend more time stretching – my body is so tight from the daily grind. I only had 5lb weights so had to alternate at times to complete all reps. Definitely felt that in my shoulders.
1000%! We don’t stretch enough, good for you for recognizing that. Maybe we should do a stretching challenge?!
