I woke up super duper early this morning, and it made me reminiscent of all the Saturday’s I would wake early take your Pound class (which I so miss – sure I practice the setlist that I’m working on learning at home all the time, but it isn’t the same as a group setting). So naturally I came here to sleuth out and find any of your workouts that I may have missed over the weeks (which there aren’t many that I have) and found this one. What a kickass way to rock the beginning of the weekend! Thanks so much! Hope you have a good one!!

That was friggin awesome!! More of these please!! It was especially gratifying when my 12 year old said “Mom, I hope you know how completely ridiculous you look right now, she does too.” while doing the football run and 180 jump. My response “Yep!” Hahaha! Loved it so much, thank you!!
