30 Minute 500 Rep Workout

We are working the whole body in today’s 30-minute workout. You are going to be a sweaty mess, but you will be feeling AMAZING after!

 

What you will need:

  • Mini band, set of dumbbells, slam or ugi ball.

Warm-Up:

  • Included in workout.

Workout:

  • For today’s workout we have 5 moves. We will perform 20 reps of each move and repeat through a total of 5 times totalling 500 reps

Exercises:

  • Ball Slams – Modification – Squat Swings with a dumbbell or Kettlebell
  • Bicep Curls – You know the drill!
  • Mini Band Side Steps – with the mini band wrapped around your ankles, shins or thighs, take a big step to the left, and then come back with a big step to the right.
  • Close Grip Chest Press – Lying on your back with the dumbbells held up above the chest, lower the weight down towards tour chest with your elbows sucked in tight to your body. This move targets tout triceps just as much as your chest.
  • Single Leg Drop – On your back, make sure your back is flat and your tailbone is tucked. Lift both legs up towards the sky. With control drop your right leg down towards the floor. Only lower as far as you can while keeping your back flat. Return leg to starting position and alternate sides.

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
