30 Minute Cardio Boxing Workout 

Get ready to punch, kick, and sweat away your stress Queen. You are going to feel like a new woman after you completed this hardcore boxing sweater.

 

What you will need:

  • A very light set of dumbbells if you have them – 2-5IBS

Workout:

Today’s workout is less structured than I normally do, but I wanted to be able to listen to my body. Some moves are more intense than others, so I didn’t want to commit to a specific time for each move.

Because there are so many combo moves, it would be very challenging to do a proper write up for this specific workout, so for today I recommend you just follow along with the video.
