30 Minute Core Flow & Stretch
You ladies keep asking for more, so I am going to keep giving you more! This workout focuses on building a strong core, as well it includes lots of deep stretching, some shoulders, triceps, chest and booty!

Thks Kaylie , my belly is getting in the way now that I’m getting further in pregnancy but felt good to get this done. On nights so feeling slightly nauseous after lol. Hope to get some more work outs in this week. I wish I had the energy I had my last pregnancy!

Amazing stretch and core work!
My body needed that one. Great stretch for getting back into swing of school. Between teaching, kids, commute and kids extracurricular activities, have a hard time fitting in me time. This did the trick. Thank you!
