30 Minute Full Body Floor Sculpt 

Today I am bringing you ladies a full body floor sculpt. This workout had my arms shaking like a leaf by the end. You will really be feeling it in the triceps, shoulders, chest, quads and glutes. Grab a set of dumbbells. Ideally a heavy and a light set. Feel free to grab a mini band if you want some extra burn on the lower body.
