35 Minute Core Flow

Hey ladies, this workout is a little different than what you are used to. There is no timer, there is no work out style, we are simply doing a core flow, which includes working the core (and booty) from every angle.
What you will need:
- A mini band, but its not necessary, and a yoga mat
Warm-Up:
- A few standing minutes of dynamic movement to warm up the body
Workout:
Join me for 35 minutes of core focused yoga and Pilates inspired movements
Cool Down/Stretching
Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.

Definitely burned! It was a nice change, though I do feel like I get more out of the HIIT workouts
of course, but can’t do HIIT every time ;)

thanks for the great strength workout kaylie! i had a hard time hearing you though. not sure if its an issue with my computer? i had my volume as high as it could go and it was still quite quiet. i just thought i’d mention it in case others have noticed the same thing!

Loved this workout. I am the same, there is definitely a love/hate relationship with core and butt workouts. I really am trying to focus on core strength so this was a great workout for me. Thanks!

This was a great change of pace. Pilates was one of my go-to workouts during my pregnancy with Oakley, and I haven’t done it since. It was nice to rekindle my love with it. Loved the burn! Thanks Kaylie!

haha this one was a huge challenge for me, I struggled through it as well :)
Off today for Cameron’s volleyball tournament so I got this done early! Found the planks the hardest as I’m not used to working out first thing and my body wasn’t ready! Our evening is all baseball so no time to workout then! Have to make the best use of my time!

Now I can delete June Week 3 email as this was the only one outstanding in that email. This one was a fantastic workout but hard. Good eye opening of work needed to get me back to me! Mama completed – son made some modifications as they were above his level but he moved most of the 35 minutes!
