35 Minute Core Flow

Hey ladies, this workout is a little different than what you are used to. There is no timer, there is no work out style, we are simply doing a core flow, which includes working the core (and booty) from every angle.

What you will need:

  • A mini band, but its not necessary, and a yoga mat

Warm-Up:

  • A few standing minutes of dynamic movement to warm up the body

Workout:

Join me for 35 minutes of core focused yoga and Pilates inspired movements

Cool Down/Stretching

 Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
