35 Minute Stretch and Flow
In todays workout we are going to be focusing on slowing down, stretching our body and building strength.
We will be focusing on losing up tight muscles, while toning your core, booty, triceps and shoulders. Make this workout your own. Modify anything you need to to make this workout work for you.
All you need is a mini band if you have one, if not, thats totally ok too!
