This was my first barre workout as well. Loved it. Had a hard time with the leg lift pulses when on my side as my hips must be so tight!!!! I could hardly stand the pain and I was on my mat. Clearly I need to use the roller and stretch my IT band and likely my glutes. That was so fun though. Thanks!
