Unreal recipe from mywholefoodlife.com that I cannot get enough of. I’m not sure if it gets easier and tastier than this when it comes to muffins. Yum!!
Ingredients
- 2 medium sized bananas
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 6 medjool dates (pits removed)
- sea salt optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a food processor, mix all three ingredients until everything is blended well.
- Spoon batter into standard sized muffin pans. The muffin pans need to be greased or lined. I use silicone liners for mine.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let them cool completely before removing from the pans.
You can add some dairy free chocolate chips, chia seeds, or chopped walnuts too. They were great that way! Store these in an airtight container in the fridge. Should be good for 4 days!

Oh nice!! Great idea!! Glad you like them!! Matt and I made double and packed them in the muffin pan, but they are so filling I can barely finish a whole one! LOL
