Holiday Bonus Butt Workout
Christmas has come and gone and we’re now working our way towards the new year. We’re here to keep you on track and stay focused. Here’s a quick butt burner…and when I say burner I seriously mean fire in your ass! Be sure to always keep those hips stacked with your dips and clams and push your hips as high as you can in your raises. :)

You’ll notice a big difference in how your back feels if you incorporate this in a couple times a week. It def gets in there nice and deep!

Awesome! these moves should really help improve your back. Incorporate them into your weekly routine along with the moves in the diastasis recti video and we’ll hopefully reduce the spasming signifcantly!
