Lara bars are an incredible pre-workout snack. They are higher in sugar so they provide you with immediate carbohydrate energy, that is easy to digest, and super quick. When paired with some almonds, they are a great snack, because the almonds slow down the sugar spike, and help to keep you in the fat-burning zone. Don’t get stuck on numbers ladies, these bars rock, and the carbs come from a natural source!
