30 Min Leg Day Workout

One of my fav days of the week, LEG DAY! Booty, thighs, quads, hamstrings, we are working it ALL


 

What you will need:

  • Set of heavy weight, I used a kettle bell for deadlifts, and if you have a chair grab it for bridges J

Warm-Up:

  • Butt kicks, deep squats, side lunges, ham string stretch, and a 3 minute squat challenge

Workout: 4 moves, 4 times through, 35 seconds on, 25 off. Remember we are lifting heavy today so our body needs that break

  • Deadlift– Driving through the heels, shoulder back, back flat, belly button in tight, push your booty back behind you, you should feel a slight pull in your hamstrings
  • Plie Squat – Time to get those inner thighs, wide feet, shoulders back, bel button in, drive through your heels and squueeezze your glutes at the top
  • Front Squats – A classic squat with a heavy weight pressed in tight at your chest.
  • Bridge – feel free to elevate your feet for this one to make it burn that much more!!

Cool Down/Stretching

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
