March Break Workouts

Many of you lovely ladies will be off for March Break, and for those of you that aren’t, I would love to see you take two days to workout while we’re on a week hiatus of no-workouts together.  I have two workouts for you to do, and these will only take 30 minutes of your time – tops!!!  Not only will it help to keep your muscles alive and your energy up, but it will also release the feel good hormones that will make you less inclined to over-indulge over the Holidays.  You’re still allowed a little indulgence though!

Workout # 1: Ugi Ball Workout – Don’t worry ladies, you can do it without a Ugi ball too, using your own body weight!

Workout # 2 – Kettlebell Workout – Once again, you can still do this workout without a kettlebell. Go grab a weight, soup can, water bottle, or do it with your own body weight. If you’d like to print it out, please print here
