We are spicing things up with the deck of cards today by putting a new twist on it.


 

What you will need:

  • Set of dumbbells & a slam ball

Warm-Up:

  • 3 minutes cardio of your choice

Workout:

  • Typically, with Deck of Cards each suit has one move associated with it. For today, each card is going to have a specific exercise associated with it. So, for example, every time you flip a 10, regardless of the suit, you are performing the same move with the same amount of reps eah time

Ace – 10 Ball Slams

2 – 20 Squat Jumps (or classic squat)

3 – 30 Jumping Jacks

4 – 40 Mountain Climbers (20/side)

5 – 50 Bicycle Crunch (25/side)

6 – 6 Sit Ups

7 – 7 Chest Press

8 – Bicep Curls

9 – 9 Shoulder Press

10 – 10 Bridge

Cool Down/Stretching

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
