Not Your Typical Deck of Cards Workout

We are spicing things up with the deck of cards today by putting a new twist on it.
What you will need:
- Set of dumbbells & a slam ball
Warm-Up:
- 3 minutes cardio of your choice
Workout:
- Typically, with Deck of Cards each suit has one move associated with it. For today, each card is going to have a specific exercise associated with it. So, for example, every time you flip a 10, regardless of the suit, you are performing the same move with the same amount of reps eah time
Ace – 10 Ball Slams
2 – 20 Squat Jumps (or classic squat)
3 – 30 Jumping Jacks
4 – 40 Mountain Climbers (20/side)
5 – 50 Bicycle Crunch (25/side)
6 – 6 Sit Ups
7 – 7 Chest Press
8 – Bicep Curls
9 – 9 Shoulder Press
10 – 10 Bridge
Cool Down/Stretching
- Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.

I enjoyed it. It’s a nice variety to work many different areas but holy cardio my heart was pounding out of my chest haha! My bra came off too sooo not the right one for a workout!
