HOW EXACTLY DOES ROYALLY FIT ONLINE WORK?

  • Your membership is $69/month + HST (Canadian residents) and will be billed each month on the same day that you signed up, for as long as you’re a member
  • Once you sign up, you will be sent to a confirmation page, welcoming you to Royally Fit Online, along with an email detailing your membership access. You can start using the workout training videos out right away!
  • Weekly emails are sent every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5am (EST) with the workout video link and motivation to keep you moving
  • You have 24/7 access to our library of over 200 additional workout videos and recipes during your membership
  • At the beginning of each month, you will receive a meal plan created by a Registered Holistic Nutritionist including your recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
  • You will gain access to our private Facebook community to have your fitness and health questions answered by us, along with incredible support from like-minded & badass women in the program like you

Our workouts typically range anywhere from 15-30 minutes, but we also offer 10 minute bonus workouts, 40 minute power workouts and yoga for stretching those muscles out.  Although we send you 3 workouts each week straight to your inbox, your membership gives you access to over 150 videos to choose from, plus new ones every week.

What does the meal plan look like?

The meal plan is all about eating whole foods from nature, and enough of them!  We aim to teach you how to lose weight and stay fit without counting calories, weighing food or ever going hungry.  We don’t need a bunch of hangry Moms around now do we?!!

The meal plan is 99% gluten and dairy-free (we do include some Sheep & Goat’s dairy for options) but  is easily modified by knowing what your alternatives are.  We also have lots of vegetarian options but we don’t promote ourselves as gluten & dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, etc.

You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions through your RF online profile. Your membership cancellation becomes effective immediately, and once you cancel you no longer have access to the video workout links that were sent to your inbox.  Just like when you leave a gym, you no longer have access to the equipment.

This is not like a gym membership where you sign up for a year-long contract or commitment, so should you decide after a month this program isn’t right for you, no problem, just cancel.

The beauty about the Badass in 30 Online Fitness Membership is that it can be done anywhere, anytime!  If you’re away for vacation or work we encourage you to keep up with your workout routine using our easy accessible workout videos on any device, or take our printable versions to the hotel gym.  However, if you wish to take a month off, just cancel and then re-sign up whenever you’re ready to rock again.

Online training means exactly that – you can train/workout online, wherever you are, whenever it works best for you. You can access the workout videos via any device, or print them out beforehand if you’d like to move at your own pace.  Our passion is to make fitness and health accessible and affordable for you.

What equipment do I need?

What equipment do I need?

Many of our workouts use your body weight as resistance, but for best results, we recommend you have a set of hand weights/dumbbells ranging anywhere from 5-20lbs depending on your fitness level for the weighted ones.  Although we sometimes use equipment outside of dumbbells, we will provide alternatives for you during those ones if you don’t have them.  We got you covered!

Results depend not only on your goals, but the effort you put into this program.  We will give you the tools you need  to lose weight, get fit, and stay healthy while offering professional personal trainer support online through the Facebook group or by email, so you can take this as far as you want to.  It’s up to you!  Just check out some of our testimonials to see how the others did.
