Keeping up with my plan to go super hard in December, I thought I would put together a UgiFit workout for you guys since it’s been a while since I have done one.  It was a dandy, and I think you’ll believe so too.  Today, I only need about 30 minutes of your time.  Let’s do this!

What you will need:

  • Ugi ball or dumbbell

Warm-Up

  • 3 minutes of jump rope

Workout – 50/10

  • Half woodchops, right – Keeping your heels on the ground, your hips pointing forward, and your eyes on a focal point, lift the weight up towards the ceiling slightly towards the left side and bring it down towards the outside of your right hip while doing a mini squat.  Just like you wouldn’t chop wood without bent legs, you won’t do this without bent legs too!
  • Burpees – Whether you’re jumping or walking yourself out into a burpee, move  fast and furious so you can really get your heart rate up!
  • Half woodchops, left – Same as above but move towards your left hip.
  • Low plank hold – On your elbows!Move through these 4 exercises for 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off without a break for a total of 5 sets.  Have fun!

Cool Down/Stretching

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
