Only got through 1/2 today before my muscles gave out! It’s a lot trickier to do with 20 extra pounds of baby weight. Can’t wait for Friday’s!

I found this workout extremely hard cause my balance and planks suck. Anyway I tried and did some alternatives. :)
Something to come back to and try again one day when you’re feeling stronger. The best part is that you finished it!
Loved this. My daughter followed along and loved it too!
It is funny, Cameron wouldn’t do this one as he wanted not to be on the ground the whole time and use weights! He said, how about I be your instructor today…jumping jacks and burpees (this is what they do in karate lol)

This was my first workout and I was sweating like crazy, but that’s good.

This is one of my favourite kind of workouts! At 10 minutes in I thought I was going to need to pause it and take a break though, but I pushed through! Did I mention my butt and legs already hurt from Monday and I have lots of stairs in my house and up to my office? Thankful for doing this inside. I did my walk today and did 4.5 km before I began melting! You rock!

Done! Good burn! Mentally I actually found this workout harder not knowing how many reps or what exercises we were doing ahead of time so I could count down. lol But I liked the different pace of workout! :)
It is definitely a burner….or a Charlie horse lol. Totally get the mental thing….that’s why you won’t see much of these, although they are good to throw in once in a while. Glad you enjoyed!

It’s my first day back from being off for awhile so I found it to be really tough but absolutely loved it and gave me the motivation I need to keep wanting more :-)
