Spicy Boneless Chicken Wings with Creamy Feta Dipping Sauce | Royally Fit

 

 

Ingredients for Wings:

  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 ½ tsp red and black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried roasted garlic, or, ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp minced onion seasoning
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 lb chicken breast fingers
  • 6 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350’F.
  • Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
  • In a bowl big enough to dip wings, crack egg whites into bowl. Dip chicken into egg, and then cover in dry mixture. Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
  • Remove and spread hot sauce on back and front of fingers. Return to oven, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.

 

Ingredients for Creamy Feta Dip:

  • ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ minced garlic clove
  • ¼ cup reduced fat feta cheese

Instructions:

Mix together well in bowl for dipping.
