Ingredients for Wings:
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 ½ tsp red and black pepper
- 1 tsp dried roasted garlic, or, ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp minced onion seasoning
- 2 egg whites
- 1 lb chicken breast fingers
- 6 tbsp hot sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350’F.
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
- In a bowl big enough to dip wings, crack egg whites into bowl. Dip chicken into egg, and then cover in dry mixture. Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove and spread hot sauce on back and front of fingers. Return to oven, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
Ingredients for Creamy Feta Dip:
- ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ minced garlic clove
- ¼ cup reduced fat feta cheese
Instructions:
Mix together well in bowl for dipping.
