The “I Don’t Feel Working Out” Workout
No Printout ;)
Todays workout is a little different than what you are used too. There is no set style for this workout, it’s more of a flow. Make this workout your own, but take breaks when needed, add in some extra intensity if you are feeling strong, and just listen to your body. Sometimes the last thing we want to do is a workout, so this was designed to help you on those days. Hope you enjoy!

Nice change. Was able to do this WITH my 5 year old daughter (who like it too) while my other 2 napped. Great way to start off the year.

Loved this workout! Today was my very first workout I’ve been able to do with you guys since September when I put my low back out. I’ve been religiously doing chiro and physio to help me get back to where I was. What a nice start to ease my back into the game!!! Thank you Kaylie!

First workout of 2019 and I loved it. Omg my ass and wrists hurt lol! I went for a 5k run before this and it was the perfect add-on. Happy New Year!

I would love to see these once a month! Today was a struggle, I wanted to cry during the bridges as the bridge bonus I just did with Ashley was tough, and my back is a little sore from cleaning the oven yesterday; clearly I didn’t angle myself great while doing that. But…. I got ‘er done and it went by fast!
I just filmed another one like this, but with bands, its slower moving and was awesome you’ll see it Feb 4th :)
Loved the flow of this. I did feel good and warmed up after though so put my new slam ball to good test. Feeling so strong starting off this year!

I really liked this workout Kaylie and I would definitely be up for seeing these once a month or so. It feels so nice to stretch those glute and hip muscles out. I’ve really been struggling with those muscles since November.

I saved this one for a night I needed it. Was quite comfy on the couch after supper but made myself get up and do it because I knew the style it was.

This was the perfect strength/core and slightly more low key workout for a night where i was working out right before bed!

I did this workout because I washed my hair yesterday but still got a little sweaty lol love this style for a nice break :)
