Todays workout is a little different than what you are used too. There is no set style for this workout, it’s more of a flow. Make this workout your own, but take breaks when needed, add in some extra intensity if you are feeling strong, and just listen to your body. Sometimes the last thing we want to do is a workout, so this was designed to help you on those days. Hope you enjoy!
