This week your challenge is a little different, we want you to take 1 day this week and have a total social media detox. That means no IG, no FB, no Snap chat, etc. Instead spend the time with friends and family, get out in nature, go see a movie, or go on a date. You’d be surprised by what a day away from social media can do for your anxiety and stress.
