April Week 2: POSITIVE REFLECTION
Let’s work on our mindsets this week. Remember, we create neural pathways in our brain the more we do something, so the more we focus on the positive, the more being positive will become easy. This isn’t us ignoring feelings, but more actively taking 5 minutes of every day to focus on the positive. This could be: you did the laundry, you completed your to-do list, you cleared out your closet, did a workout, called a friend…whatever! Take time to reflect at the same time every day.
