January Week 3  – Movement Goal

Let’s do a movement goal this week!  Let’s start with 20 plank touches and add 20 more reps each day until we reach 140 on Sunday!  This is where you hold a high (or low) plank and squeeze your abs as you touch the opposite shoulder.  One touch equals one rep.
