March Week 3 Goal: 15 Minutes of Walking
What a better way to celebrate the first day of spring than doing a walking challenge!? t We have been waiting for ALL year for it to get nicer so we can go outside. SO let’s set a goal this week to get outside every day for 15 minutes to enjoy the sunshine. BONUS share it in our FB group with the sun on your face!
