This week our goal for you is to put your phones down at least 30 minutes before bed, and then keep them out of your room if possible!  There’s been a lot of talk about feeling anxious & not sleeping well in our group, and those lights and EMF’s have a negative impact on your sleep quality!    Read more on healthy sleep habits HERE.
