October Week 4 Goal

Let’s get physical!!  Join us in doing 5 minutes of extra activity each day.  Here are some ideas:

IDEA 1

  • 1 minute of running on the spot
  • 1 minute of squats
  • 1 minute of plank
  • 1 minute of push ups
  • 1 minute of bridges

IDEA 2

  • Dance for 5 minutes

IDEA 3

  • Walk around the kitchen while cooking for 5 minutes with the mini band around your calves

IDEA 4

  • 5 minutes of sexy time :)
