October Week 4 Goal
Let’s get physical!! Join us in doing 5 minutes of extra activity each day. Here are some ideas:
IDEA 1
- 1 minute of running on the spot
- 1 minute of squats
- 1 minute of plank
- 1 minute of push ups
- 1 minute of bridges
IDEA 2
- Dance for 5 minutes
IDEA 3
- Walk around the kitchen while cooking for 5 minutes with the mini band around your calves
IDEA 4
- 5 minutes of sexy time :)
