THIS WEEK’S GOAL: 100 SLIDING MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

It’s been a bit since we’ve completed an exercise focused challenge!!  So this week, we’re going to put those socks on, find a ceramic or wood floor, and do 100 sliding mountain climbers to get that heart rate up!!
