February Week 2 Goal – Love Yourself First
As Valentine’s approaches and we think about making everyone else around us feel loved, we wanted to send you a reminder to give yourself the same attention. This week your challenge is to love yourself first by doing something that lights you up! Write yourself a love letter, buy yourself something sexy, order flowers for yourself, damn….even ask for help around the house! Sometimes loving yourself is as simple as knowing when to say no.
