Warm-Up:
- Included in workout.
Workout:
- We have 10 moves. Each move will be 50 seconds on with a 10 second breather.
Exercises:
- High Knees
- Sprawls
- Jump Rope
- Pop Squats
- Jumping Jacks
- Jab Cross Jab Cross with Alternating Double High Knee
- Front Kicks
- Mountain Climber
- Plank Jacks
- Bicycle Crunch
Cool down/Stretching
- Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.

Last week was a mess for me and I didn’t get to any of my workouts.
It’s amazing how stiff I felt doing this after just one week of inactivity! Yeesh.
I like knowing that if an exercise was rough I didn’t have to repeat it. Done. Good quick pick me up
