I have had a surprising amount of request for DOC lately, so here you go ladies, a. quick, 15-minute cardio DOC workout! Enjoy Queens!

What you will need:

  • Slam ball or dumbbell

Warm-Up:  

  • Included in workout.

Exercises:

  • Hearts – X Jump to Squat
  • Diamonds – Jumping Jacks
  • Spades – Ball Slams or Squat Swings with a dumbbell
  • Clubs – Skaters

Cool down/Stretching:

  • Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
