I have had a surprising amount of request for DOC lately, so here you go ladies, a. quick, 15-minute cardio DOC workout! Enjoy Queens!
What you will need:
- Slam ball or dumbbell
Warm-Up:
- Included in workout.
Exercises:
- Hearts – X Jump to Squat
- Diamonds – Jumping Jacks
- Spades – Ball Slams or Squat Swings with a dumbbell
- Clubs – Skaters
Cool down/Stretching:
- Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
