20 Minute Leg Day Workout

Its leg day Queens! Today we are working the quads, hamstrings, inner and outter thighs and… you guessed it THE BOOTY BABY!

What you will need:

  • Mini Bands, Kettle Bell (or dumbbells)

Warm-Up:  

  • Included in workout

Workout:  For todays workout out we only have. 3 MOVES. That’s it!

We are going to do 10 deadlifts, 10 front squats, and 20 side to side steps with the miniband. We will repeat this circuit 5 times.  Meaning in total, 50 deadlifts, 50 squats and 100 side steps.

Exercises:

  • Deadlift – If you are new to deadlifts, PLEASE watch my instructions in the video to ensure you are doing it currently. Proper form is a MUST for deadlifts.
  • Front Squats – Grab a heavy dumbbell or kettlebell, hold it in tight to your chest and squat it out babes.
  • Side to Side Steps with Mini Band – You know the drill ladies, throw the mini band around your ankles, calves or quads, and take a giant step to the right, then a giant step to the left, that’s 1 rep. Now give me 19 more ;)

Repeat 5 times

Cool down/Stretching:
Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
