25 Minute Deck of Cards Total Body Workout

Oh baby I loved this workout! It flew by. I know not everyone loves Deck of Card as much as I do, but I think you will all dig this sweat session. We are working you from head to toe!

What you will need:

  • Mini Bands, set of dumbbells

Warm-Up:

  • Drop set 10- 5
    • Squats
    • Push Ups
    • Bridge

Workout:  This time our Deck of Cards is going to look a little different. I combined TWO decks and took out all face cards. So, we are only using Ace -10

Each NUMBER has a specific move and # of reps associated with it. For example, every time I flip a 7, we will perform 15 tricep dips.

Exercises:

Ace – 30 Second Plank

2 – 20 Squats

3 – 30 Mountain Climber

  • Modification – High Knee

4- 20 Minute Band Side Steps (20/leg)

5- 25 Jumping Jacks

6- 20 Squat Swings (Kettlebell Swings)

7 – 15  Tricep Dips

  • Modification – any tricep move that works for you

8 – 10 Bicep Curls

9 – 10 Shoulder Press

10- 10 Push Ups

Cool down/Stretching:
Complete 5-10 minutes of nice gentle stretching.
