25 Minute Stretch and Sculpt Floor Workout
In todays workout, we are slowing it down! In this 25 minute video we will be focusing on stretching out those tight muscles while sculpting your shoulders, core and booty. Its important that you make this workout your own. For some you may want to focus more on the stretch and less and the strength, while others may want to push a little harder. You do you boo! Just be mindful to focus on your breathe, shut off your brain and allow yourself to relax. Hope you enjoy!
