Holy crap, it’s like you were in my head and knew exactly what type of movement I needed today. I was feeling so defeated, mentally and physically exhausted. I just wanted to sit out on the couch and binge on Doritos (I still might!!!). This workout is just want I needed, I will be bookmarking for the next time I need some gentle movement.
