hey queen
we’re pumped you’re here
We can relate, and at times, like us, you’ve probably felt like:
- You’d love to workout and eat healthy, but can’t fathom fitting more into your already busy (and often overwhelming) life.
- Grumpy when it comes to meal planning and prepping because your family doesn’t like the same meals you want to eat, so you just avoid it.
- Food shame and like ‘falling off the wagon’ often leads to binge eating that makes you feel like garbage; physically and emotionally.
- Anxiety around what ‘diet’ to follow because counting calories, tracking macros, and eating healthy foods is a lot of work and hasn’t worked for you in the past.
- Overwhelmed with life and don’t know where to start but know intuitively you need a change to feel your best again

Hey, I’m Ashley, the creator of Royally Fit
You’re likely wondering why I created this online program….
Studies show lack of time is the number one reason women don’t exercise or make themselves a priority.
And I get it, because being an involved Mom, an attentive wife, running a business, cooking healthy meals, keeping up with the house, taking Rowynne to her extra curricular activities, and somehow having a life on top of all that is NO JOKE.
Frankly, it’s hard AF!
There are some days I realize at 5pm I haven’t even had a shower yet.
I get you!
But before I tell you how I make fitness, health and my happiness a priority in my crazy busy life, I want to share a story with you.
Let me take you back to my mid-twenties for a second….
At this time, I used to workout and eat ‘low calorie’ as a form of punishment, not self-love.
I used to exercise for sixty minutes 6-7 days/week, as a form of self-punishment for not eating ‘perfectly’. I remember there were days my food shame motivated me to go to the gym twice to ‘work it off’.
Then I’d start the cycle again by counting calories and watching how many carbs I ate, only to then binge eat on the weekends until I felt sick, and start all over again on Monday.
I wasted a lot of my time, energy and money on these things, and also subjected myself to fat-burners, colonics, workout enhancements and horrible self-talk because I didn’t think I would ever figure it out. All of these things created health issues that lead me to have hypothyroidism, being 20lbs heavier, losing my period for two years, and being told I could never have children.
My life felt out of control….even before I became a busy Mom.
But things are different now.
I don’t over-exercise, count calories, track my carbs, or punish myself. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
Now I workout and eat healthy as a practice of self-love, not as punishment.
I make these things a priority in my busy life, not because I think I need to look better, but because:
It decreases my overwhelm of being a Mom
It gives me energy to keep up with life’s demands
It makes me feel proud that I’m taking time for myself
It keeps my libido up so I have a healthy sex life with my husband
It provides me with pride & confidence in my aging body
Even if I feel overwhelmed.
Even if I have limited time.
Even if I don’t want to.
This lifestyle is non-negotiable for me, because it makes me feel my best, and I deserve to feel my best.
Just like you.
Studies show that it only takes 15 minutes of resistance training to reap the physical and mental benefits of exercise.
So how do I do it?
I workout at home because going to the gym isn’t practical for me anymore
I complete 15-30 minutes of exercise only 3-4 times a week and still see a change
I meal plan and prep in bulk to save time so my family can eat healthy
I save time doing the above so I can focus on self-development and other parts of ME because just because I’m a Mom, doesn’t mean I need to forget about my needs
And I want to help you feel the same, so you can feel like an in-control Badass Queen, living your best life, even when you’re busy.
