Royally Fit…comes from Ashley’s maiden name: Roy.
The royal King or Queen are symbolized by their crown: this is where our logo came from.
Back in 2009 when Ash picked the name it just felt catchy.

The team you see below makes up a portion of our Royal Family.
Our members make up the rest.
Together, we are one badass fellowship.

ASHLEY DALE GRANT

What kind of classes do you instruct? Boot Camp, Cardio, Boxing, Yoga/Stretch Class, Arms & Abs, Booty & Core

How would you describe your coaching style? Energetic, fun & silly. You can catch me singing badly & doing air-humps in class. I do like to throw in the odd motivational chat too!

What is your favourite music to workout to? Techno house & rock.

How do you have fun outside of instructing? Living room dance parties with my daughter, hanging with my hot husband, beers with my Dad, and awesome convo’s with my friends.

What makes you feel like a badass? The life I’ve created. I have surrounded myself with some pretty awesome people, and I feel so grateful & badass for it all.

Gillian Buckley

What kind of classes do you instruct? Vinyasa, restorative, gentle and hatha yoga

How would you describe your coaching style? I like to meet my students where they are and encourage them to move for the body that showed up on the mat. There is power in not always going hard and fast.

What is your favourite music to workout to? Pop! I only listen to it when I’m working out. It feels indulgent.

How do you have fun outside of instructing? Gardening and home projects, playing with my kids.

What makes you feel badass? A really hard workout or a very gentle yoga practice. Both of them are difficult in their own way.

Erin Lennox

What kind of classes do you instruct? HIIT, bootcamp, legs & cardio, body weight

How would you describe your coaching style? Fun, energetic, inclusive, empowering,

What is your favourite music to workout to? Anything I can sing and dance to 😛

How do you have fun outside of instructing? Hanging with my dog, friends, family. Always down for an ice coffee or a nice glass of wine.

What makes you feel badass? When I try new things and succeed!

Tsa Alexander

What kind of classes do you instruct? Guided Meditation, Mindful Movement

How would you describe your coaching style? Relaxed, client-centred.

What is your favourite music to workout to? Hip-hop, House, Dance, Soca—anything up beat :)

How do you have fun outside of instructing? Travel, spending time outdoors with friends and family.

What makes you feel badass? Showing myself love daily—which includes taking care of my physical and mental well being. A workout and meditation usually do the trick.

Lisa Hicks

What kind of classes do you instruct? Zumba & Mindfulness

How would you describe your coaching style? Energetic, enthusiastic, inclusive and fun!

What is your favourite music to workout to? Either hardcore Screamo or Current Pop

How do you have fun outside of instructing? Playing with my kids, dinner/drinks with friends, watching Netflix with my husband, reading, eating chips :)

What makes you feel badass? Wearing as little as possible and feeling comfortable in my own skin.

What kind of classes do you instruct? Booty & core, Dance ,Bootcamp, Abs & arm

How would you describe your coaching style? High energy, explosive power funtastic

What is your favourite music to workout to? Depends on my mood – but anything I can dance and make me sweat

How do you have fun outside of instructing? Cycling, dancing, hiking, exploring new placs and nail art!

What makes you feel badass? When I’m free to be artistic and when I smile.

What kind of classes do you instruct? Cardio dance, Cardio Hip Hop, Barre Work

How would you describe your coaching style? Fun!! Outgoing, uplifting and I’m all about the vibe and togetherness!

What is your favourite music to workout to? Techno & Hip Hop!

How do you have fun outside of instructing? Kitchen dance parties, letting loose with family & friends, and all things makeup and fashion!

What makes you feel like a badass? Being a part of this amazing community and supporting women and their journey. Helping women feel powerful and beautiful no matter what they’re going through
